Where to get a tow bar fitted????

Can anyone help please??????? Where on earth can we get a Trailer Bar fitted to our car in the Clacton-on-Sea area? Someone sent me a message before giving HIGHLAND HOUSE FARM details, but when calling them, they do not take incoming calls and upon further delving and googling, they appear to have gone into liquidisation in March '08.
