have you checked your heater fan fuse? may have blown. cheers rodders

As LB has said, what type of citroen. If It's a Saxo check to see if the heated rear window works. If it does not then check the fuses, but it could also be an ignition switch fault. Very common on some versions of the Saxo. All the best. MikeF.
