Hi Bullet, sorry I'm kind of struggling to understand what you've written here but I'll do my best to take a stab at what you might be asking.
Basicly you are asking about back pressure in the engine if I understand you correctly.
Basicly there's always a little bit of pressure gets past the piston rings into the engine crankcase/engine block so there should be a bit of blow coming from the breather pipes which is perfectly acceptable.
To be honest generally these renault engines arent bad at all for back pressure on the whole really.
The rule is that there shouldnt be too much pressure coming out though.
Good that you've checked for hot & cold at the heater though.
You could open the cooling sytem expansion tank cap and make sure the fluid is either green/blue or pink/orange with no oil in it.
Check the oil isnt really black or burnt smelling from the dipstick and of course that it's close enough the correct level.
Also unless it's a real low mileage example ask if it's had a timing belt kit fitted to it.
As to your last question as to whether there any good or not, there a mixed bag of tricks these car in my opinion I've heard reports at both ends of the scale on these.
Bear in mind it's a run of the mill car/people carrier, it's getting on a bit so budget a bit for parts every year.
There not bad to drive and if you've got young tots you dont have to bend over so much when plonking them in the back etc.
They are primarily a family car in my opinion but hey.. any car at the right price does anybody really !
