were having ALOT of trouble with my neibbours atm and im really worried. we had the police around here this morning. mum amnaged to get rid of them but no doubt they will be back again with my neibours. they are claiming pip has bit her 15 year old daughter and now when i walk pip everyone crosses the road and makes nasty comments about her. they wont let their kids anywhere near her (which suits me i dont like anyone on this street lol ...they find us as misfits here because they cant afford the stuff we can. we dont fit in on this street at all but we need the big house. we dont really have issues with all the neibours just next door who have only lived there approx 2 years. no-one really likes them because of the way they are anyways so she is claiming pip bit her and they have contacted police and rspca and they are doing their very very best to have her put down. now that will happen over my dead body quite literally. before anyone takes my dog they will have to get through me. we are always so careful not to let pip out the house but she does bolt out the front door every now and then. she doesnt like people screaming so will bark but has NEVER bit anyone. i have been really ill and me and mum had to go back to the doctors yesterday and my 14year old brother accidentally let her out and of course the fat b*tch next door just had to make sure everyone thought she was scary and ran to her door screaming. like i said this makes pip bark but i know pip and i know she wouldnt bite. this girl is claiming to be on strong anti biotics for it which is bull . if pip had bit her her mum wouldda been banging on my door yesterday not kicking up a fuss. im so scared someone will come take her.. im supposed to be out with friends tonight but im not going because im too scared . is there anything i can demand on them doing.. ie teeth prints or anything IF they do come back i wanna be ready for them .. like i said i kno pip and i know my neibour she told me months ago she would have this happen so i know she is lying what can i do?

if the dog bit her she would have bite marks
the woman i live next to told anyone that she could find that my dogs were dangerous just because of what they were (soft as muck)
what did the police say had happend and what marks did they say she had if any did they see it
if its a first bite they will prob tell you to keep her under control
if others in the street know they are trouble would they not help
first of all kitty where are the teeth marks on this girl to proove your dog has bitten her,for this girl to be on strong antibiotics the girl would need to have a substantial open wound or the skin to at least be open from the bite if i was you i wouldn't let the woman manipulate you like this and the police need to issue you with a court order to be able to put your dog to sleep besides it is generally a 3 strikes and your out policy depending on the severity of the bite and the breed of the dog too they need to proove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you cannot control your dog and that it is out of control just ignore the stupid cow

Aww kitty you dont have much luck do you petal =(
as you say they are just jelous!
but why dont you play her ast her own game complain to your council that she is harrasing your dogs or buy a out side camera oe even a dummy one and make shure she knows its there so she will think i cant do much now as they have a camera watching, but make shure its pointing in your garden.
I to have some horrible neighbours esp the ones right over the back from me the evil wee BRAT have flung a brick over to the dogs and it nearly got romey oh and dirty nappys and rubbish so we put a camera up and it stoped but now i have a fear of them stealing them as i herd them sayin "aye they have got they wee dugs that are worth a fortune" so me and my hubby made our fence higher so they cant see in or threw.
I would go to th council and see what i could do to protect my dogs and your family and always go out with your dogs when they need to do there wee bisness at all times thats what i do because it just take that one time and well you know what i mean.

I wouldn't worry its obviously a load of BS and the police will see straight through that no evidence no conviction, i would be the same if anyone tryed to put my dog down they would have to kill me first before they tryed to kill any of my animals. Michellex

Oh kitty your luck is crap!!
My dog is just like your pip. Ive put a stair gate on the living room door to stop her being able to run out of the front door if its open. Could you do something like this so she can only get out with you??
I agree with contacting the council to explain about the fat bi**h next door. they may be able to help.
I really feel for you as poppy is just the same all bark and no trousers, if you know what i mean!!

Awww kitty your neighbours are Arses!
If this girl was bitten, does she have doctors reports/pictures of injuries? If not then its her word against yours and stand your ground! If you need advice, go to the Citizens Advice Beauro (spelt wrong!) they are brill for basic legal advice. I had the same problem when my dog DID bite a neighbours daughter, i got around it by saying i was getting him rehomed by a specialist rescue group. As it was, i contacted them and they wer full...and we never rehomed him (not that i wanted to anyway, but thought it was better than having him PTS for something which wasnt his fault.) They actually didnt think it was that serious anyway, so maybe with some dog-friendly people on board the police may go away! Makes me so cross, the police here are the same and i know they have to investigate these things - but why arent they out there chasing the real criminals and doing their job properly?!!
Do you have any previous complaints against Pip? I dont see they have any grounds to chase this up anyway. Jst stand your ground Kitty.

wikikhoney. omg you wouldnt believe how much i just wanna push her under a bus but they have caused alot of trouble since they moved in and my mum and her mum ahd to sign a contract. i havent signed anything but the council are always on her side. we live on a horrid street and theyre constintly evicting people. no-one really likes pip becasue theyve never seen her breed and because she is vocal (not a nuicance though so the answer to your quesion would be no they wouldnt help. we tend not to socialise with most on this street we only live here coz we need the big house. well last xmas next door kicked hell out of pip so im pretty sure if she was ever gonna bite them she would have done it then yanno?
well police didnt say much i was in bed and me and mum didnt know pip got out yesterday. its only after my sister told us we clicked it was next door then i was told today se has reported us. when the police came they just said theyre here about a child being bitten by A dog they didnt mention our dog so mum thought they meant one of her kids had been bitten and said oh no all my kids are fine and they went but after hearing next door reported us i know they will be back

thanks poodle mad female thats very reassuring. i dont think she has a single mark . if my dog wanted to she has the strength to do serious damage she just chooses not to she lives in a house with children agred between 2 and 17 so how can anyone say she is 'dangerous' i dont understand it she is older than most of my brothers and sisters. we have had her 7years in october and never had a complaint untill this family moved in. i dont know what i done but they have it in for me. they once scolded my little 2 year old brother ith hot water and said oh well i am sorry i meant to hit her (pointing at my 10year old sister at the time she wasnt even 9. and this was the mum next door not the kid) her 15 year old daughter bettered my little sister at the park jade came home covered in cuts and bruises and the police said they couldnt do a thing. they just really dont like me she was determined to get rid of kenzo before i even got him after he died she went round the whole of my town where everyon just about knows me coz ive lived here all my life and she told them all i killed him i still have people ask me what ive done. after my dad died she said cruel stuff and she keeps telling everyone about my business (health wise and that) i dont know where she hears it but i look past it but i cant look past what shes doing now she has crossed the line. she told me ages ago she will have pip put down 'because shes ugly' shes so childish but they seem to be in with the council and the police which makes the whole thing more scary... im so sorry or ranting on like this im just so upset and p*ssed off beyond belief right now

Oh Kitty poor you. I agree, this woman has nothing to complain about here and if the police left without saying anything specifically about pip then you are fine.
I think you just have to rise above the gossip and slander and appreciate the ones who come directly to you, and then put them right! I also had this about stuff after someone close to me died (doesnt it make you wonder about what crap lives they must have if they get their kicks from gossiping about death?!!) I have just ignored the gossip, and the people who were brave enough to say it to my face - i just put them right, making the gossipers look the like sad, attention seeking, glory-hunters they really are. People will see through them sooner or later, just dont rise to their bait. Ignore them, Kitty and dont worry about Pip, they have nothing to complain about. x

yeh scosh this has been going on for 2years now we have little kids play in our garden as well as neibours kids and my dogs and theyre forever throwing food and glass over i have to clean the garden so often and then after theyve done demolishing it they go to the council and say our garden is messy. ive never met such a twisted family. the step dad there was selling his drugs that hes on for severe mental problems to 12 year old kids. theyre just so twisted im too scared to put my dogs out alone incase they poison them.
the camera wouldnt work. when my dad put a camera up to keep an eye on his car he was told he HAS to take it down because its illegal without bright yellow stickers. next door have a camera in there window that is pointing just about at my door and when we asked why theyre allowed and dad wernt they had no anser so we think they have connections with the police too

thanks michelle i hope so. we are alot more positive about all this but i do know she will not give up. she has said so many times she will have my dog put down and she has never been near her i dont let her but she is so determined

No, seriously, she sounds like a really nasty piece of work. The glass and hot water, the drug dealing..isnt ther something you can do on the "anti social" front? I am not sure who you would complain to. Could you make your fences higher so they cant see in, nor throw stuff over?
At the end of the day, if they arent picking on you, im sure they would find another victim - they need to be stopped.

thanks till your dog is the one who is simialr to pip with the dog aggression too yeh??
we have a baby gate on the stairs and if the door is open we tie her up or hold her collar. she very rarely gets out and when she does she comes back but shes a little motor mouth and there is a road outside my door with nutty drivers so im always careful for her safety if nothing else.... she doesnt like people in uniforms especially bright yellow ones lol if the police want to meet her she will bark her head off....would that go against me??

hey nobby erm well its the first complaint with the police but the SAME people also went to the council would that go against me?
they have 2 dogs themselves so i dont know how they can do this to me but i know its just because they hate me.
i wasnt home but my brother now told me pip jumped up at her clothes when she screemed but only in the same way she does to him and yeh she has bruised him once but nothing more than someone pinching you. she is in no way aggressive people just dont like her because she barks and she doesnt like other dogs. people see her as scary but only because next door say that alot IF she did catch her would that count or would it have to be an actua bite. grr now im more nervous why couldnt my brother told me that earlier..
the stupid girl came knocking at my door scrounging tobacco from my brother AGAIN she knows she isnt welcome at my home so why keep coming. it would have served her right if pip had hurt her
people think she is scary because she barks well does it make me scary if i talk coz she has no other way to speak aye
