hey nobby i havent had an email from you. and thanks yeh its not great news but i suppose it could be worse they could have just taken her because they actually said they dont have to do tests they just need her to identify the dog and i said well thats not fair she hates us how are we supposed to know if it was even our dog and she said basically well thats life (in other words but still the same meaning)

and whose to say the mark she has came from your dog how do they know she didn't do it herself don't trust people like that i'm affraid at least now it is all sorted all you got to do now is give them no more excuses to accuse her and get them back when you can

i haven't bred any of mine young yet but my friend was told in smaller dogs it was best on the first season because the pelvic bone isn't set so more supple and the little dogs don't have as much problems with birthing then and that was from an off the record vet so how true it is i do not know

My dog is still aggressive to other dogs. that hasnt been cured at all. lol. there were other dogs there with far more serious aggression problems than my dog. i was amazed to be honest, i thought poppy would be the worst there!!! some of them were so bad they terrified me!! It was a good citizen course i did with poppy. It was a kc course and it only cost £50 for 11 weeks, on a monday night. They were brilliant and made me realise that even if i cant "cure" her aggression i can learn how to manage it:-) I felt so much more relaxed when i realised that poppy isnt one of a kind but that there are many more just like her!!

yeh ill deffo be getting them back just how do you hurt someone with a heart of stone??? hmmm lol
and yeh thats what we said it wouldnt be the first time. i got told she hurt herself in a p.e lesson and then was telling everyone it was my dog and this time she phoned the police i dont think it was pip but with the police telling them things like theyre doesnt need to be tests she just needs to tell them it was pip and action will be taken upon her word..my mums had a word with my brother about tying her up when the door is opened because we cant risk it and next time i see that bitch ill make sure she never comes near my door again.. it shouldnt even matter if pip had ripped half her face off she was on my property and she certainly wasnt welcome either

maybe you should put a lock on the gate and the only people to have the key are the people welcome on the property and put a dog beware sign on the gate then that covers you if people come on your property uninvited

awww till thats an awesome price and yeh i cant imagine putting a bunch of dog aggressive dogs in a room together lol i can imagine it was a verrry noisy training class lol

have you thought about a baskerville muzzle that way you can rest assured knowing that there is no way that they can lie about it again just put it on when pip is in the garden that way you can tell them to stick any complaint up their ass lol i put one on my dog for park trips it keeps everyone away but that is no bad thing but she doesnt like other dogs either and im sick of false allegations too the only downside is that the neighbours will think they won but if you look at it in the way they have no way of causing any more agro for you a small price to pay... and if they think they can put a dog down on the request of a nasty person thats just pathetic what if the dog is attacked bythat person and just defends itself its stupid id want a copy of all allegations and proof and suggest to the police that it was their own dog that marked her lol good luck

we dont have a garden on the front only the back at the front it goes straight out onto the street. we have never had a problem until these people moved in then everything went chaotic.

thanks dicdy we did suggest her dog could have done it which wouldnt suprise me her dog has went for me a few times if i sit on my wall i just leave it alone they wind her up to hell they hit her with a brrom over the wall the stuff at her last xmas they kicked crap out her and she never hurt them now so why would she now. she does have a muzzl but i rarely use it coz it depresses her its not a basket one though coz theyre plastic and she would brake it too easily. its a material one that she cant get off. this didnt happen when she was in the garden she came to my front door and pip bolted out and she screamed as per usual.

nobody on here is going to like this but everyone can rant and rave about what to do to the woman next door but i think you should calm yourself down take a few deep breaths but don't just sit around being worried about the next knock on the door talk to the person who was looking after her at the time this took place and then take charge of the situation contact the police yourself get them round have all your vac papers ready so they now that she/he is fully vac you could even contact your vet and ask for a statement that she/he is not a aggressive dog.if this did really happen then the police will have to have pics of the bites if any.to take any further action until they come round keep a record of any abuse given to you by the people next door write the times and the date and the words said to you down this will also provide proof of any abuse also if you have any witnesses to any threats by them next door about what they wanted to do to the dog get them to write a statement this will show intent.hope this has been of help.but please for your own sake and that of your dog keep calm and take charge

The police can not decide if a dog should be put down or not, it is not as simple as that, for the very reason there are vindictive people, what the police can do, is seize the dog, and the dog is then put in a kennel (severe cases)until the court case, in the mean time the vet checks over the dog for aggression towards humans. There has to be evidence, this person who is causing you the problems, might be able to get at you, but she is not above the law, the courts look at all the evidence leading to the so called attack. I would play her at her own game, the dog must have niped her, when she raised her hand to slap my brother, yes a lie, but that is what she is doing. Don't get mad get even, also at the time of the alleged dog bite, the woman was standing in my hallway, the dog is on it's own premises, so nothing the courts or police for that matter can do.
For the record i am a lawyer, but i am in Scotland, so scottish law differs from English, but they are very similar. Good Luck

its sorted this time shadowsmum but thnx for your input anyways :) im still worried about next time she decides to create a lie to hurt us why should my dogs suffer coz she doesnt like me .. im even to scared to leave them in the garden incase she poisons them or something

lol thanks for that sharon. dont think my brother would play along he has been really horrid lately and has started socialising with next door knowing everything theyve done dont understand him but thanks for that it seems sorted for now but i will still deffo get even.

Yep good advice there Sharon! Keep an eye on 'em! Beside its harder for them to attack you if their kids are friends with your brother. They may pick on someone else now, you never know..
