have you tried a bark collar make sure you buy a good one though the cheap ones i'm told can be dangerous so buy a reputable one

thanks for all the advise everyone :) i will show my mum this thread see what she thinks of the court thing. money isnt an issue really id much rather spend it on getting this lot sorted than my mums junk lol. but its great it costs much much less than i thought.
BUT... i dont think they will do anything coz she sent me some really hurtfull messages with cruel remarks about my dad dying and other stuff that im not sure i should write on a public forum but it wasnt very nice stuff and the police told my mum nothing could be done because i would have to go to court and i didnt want the stuff in the emails to be put public. i dont see why it should have to though its my private life if the police read the emails i wouldnt mind that or the judge or someone but i dont want the world knowing my business when its bullcrap anyways lol anyways then she battered my 10year old sister police said nothing could be done because their was a dispute between family with the council so i dunno if theyll even do anything. they let people get away with murder (literally) around here

do you mean the spray ones? that are controlled by a sound censor?? because if it is i dont like the thought of that in a house as noisy as mine lol and if you mean the shocker ones i hate them wouldnt even consider them lol angels teacher at puppy school recommended a spray collar and was going to loan me one but i wernt to sure im gonna get a halti next week and try that what dya think?

do that she only charges £1.50 and they are all fab just tell her i told you sometimes if they are too big she will make them to size for you she made all little olives

i'd print out your evidence and take it to a free day with a solicitor and see what they can do even if they can't do anything they will send them a letter for you and nobody wants one of those she will know you are serious then

Kitty find out which internet provider shes using and report her abusive emails to them - get her account shut down. Ok, its not detrimental, but it will pee her off! I know MSN/Hotmail have specific rules about this, look up internet harrassment/bullying -there are rules!

the shocker ones really aren't that bad my friend used them on all hers cause the neighbours complained and they all worked don't know too much about the spray ones and i'd think them abit dangerous if they are spraying things that close to the dogs eyes not too keen on the haltys they kinda pull over one eye and the dog only has vision out of one eye besides i don't think you have that much control over the dog try distraction discs the kind you throw to the floor or a dog whistle that only they can hear

Kitty, do you know anyone with a really calm gentle dog? You know Jasper has problems with other dogs too? well, we have been repeatedly walking up and down a quiet piece of road, past someone with a calm dog, over and over again with lots of praise when they ignore each other. I've got it so that he will walk past any dog on lead (even if barking) and he will carry on walking. They do have to be on lead though, havent quite mastered him not attacking if they are offlead and run up to him! lol
They do bounce off of your vibes, and i know you get nervy coz you are like me! Take lots of treats and be prepared to do it for at least an hour, for a couple of days! Must be a dog she doesnt know though.

my mum took them to a solicitor but it wasnt free and they were useless. we need a new solicitor because our solicitor hasnt even gave me my dads photos which my aunt gave her solicitor to give to my solicitor to give to me dunno why my aunt couldnt just drive down but my point is we need a new solicitor LOL

I did the internet bullying thing myself - a girl from school was picking on my daughter outside, so she stopped going out..then they started popping up onscreen whenever she logged on the internet. Stupid kid didnt realise it was me online though - so we approached mother who wanted nothing to do with it, so we then copied all the pages of insults and threats and reported her to MSN.

ill get a dog whistle too thanks :) erm well the halti i was considering is called dogmatic and apparently it doesnt pull over the eyes like the others do.. its gotta be worth a try though im up for anything at the moment lol

just try not to waste your money what they say is not nesessarily what they do if you can try and observe another dog with one on or see if they will let you try before you buy

hmmm my friend has a jack russel who pip hasnt seen in years but my frined never takes him anywhere her parents do i dont think she really even likes him :( i dont really know many people with calm dogs who would do it. ive never met a calm dog hehe no but really i dont think i do. wierd thing is when my dads friend went to london i lookt his dog taraered af but she slept in my dads house at night... big baby cried for me when i left to the point dad called begging me to sleep on his sofa with the dog lol
but when i took tara and pip to the beach pip ran around and played with tara and had a blast but when we got near my garden she went for tara. now i assumed that was territory but she even goes for dogs at the beach (mainly big dogs coz shes a dummy lol) ill have a think and hopefully find someone to do that training with thanks nobby
