Join the club Dora, only my problem is not my kids but my (apparently) adult relations - there is only so much one can take!!!!!

hi dora ive just read your post hope you are feeling better im the same cant sleep stay up watching tv all the time although i havent got any kids hope you are feeling better now please reply back if you need to chat always up for a chin wag

BAD CHILDREN ARNT BORN THEY ARE MADE, MY SONS 18YRS OLD AND WE HAVE A BRILLANT RALATIONSHIP BECAUSE I SPENT QUIALTY TIME WITH HUGS AND TALKS, EVEN NOW I STILL KISS AND HUG HIM AND HES A POPUALR LAD BUT BROGHT UP ABLE TO TALK ABOUT HIS FEELINGS TO ME, JUST TALK AND GET TO THE ROOT PROLEM WHY !

so wat you saying,i made him bad,ive bought my kids up the best i can considering im disabled and a single parent,my kids r loved the same as yours and others are but its not lack of love that makes them bad wth my eldest its down to his dad not being allowed to talk to him and thats not me who made those rules its the other women he found

hi...i dont agree entirely mvr that children are made 'bad'..how can you make a child 'bad'? My 3 boys were brought up with love happiness cuddles kisses respect etc etc..but the youngest one has completely gone off the rails....this is partly due to his 'mates'..i have found this to be true this last few months...am not blaming his mates entirely dont get me wrong..this is also down to our son...but in june my son lost his job..so he hasnt been able to go out on the town with his mates...and hes started to come round to his old self again...couple of weeks ago itwas someones birthday and he went out with them...he came home next day and he was back to being rude..down right nasty etc etc..so this behaviour is obviously wot his mates are displaying...now he hasnt seen them again for a while..hes back to his self again...so i think a lot of this 'badness' is down to who they mix with etc etc...probably this peer pressure they all on about...you can only raise yr kids up to a point..after that theyre on their own andyou have no control....unlike my mom who controled me until prob about 10yrs back!! I dont agree with that either....i'm not pulling you down..we all have our own views on raising kids etc.....
