i have a very faded red astra could anyone please help me on what is best so use on it to bring it back up and bring a shine to it? any suggestions
There is more than one option open to you here. One thought is you could put it into a garage get it machine buffed to take the initial hard work out for the first time, then after that you just need to keep on top of it, say.. once a month or so. The other option is you do it yourself and go out and get yourself some T'cut and have a few old rags or old torn up T'shirts and spend a few hours doing it yourself. I would concentrate on the roof & bonnet first and just keep going & going at them till you get a standard you are happy with. A word of warning though is that once the paintwork has got this far initially it will fade again unless you keep at it every so often. Dont be too ambitious all at once with the T'cut as you are meant to put a coating of actual polish on the paintwork after after the T'cut to protect it so sticking with a panel at a time is a sometimes a good start. But the best way all in to do it is to get a friend to give you a hand with it !!! as this really speeds things up dramatically. ___________________ THERE'S NO REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACEMENT !
