Fiat Multipla ABS light on HELP

Local garage diagnosis - NO SIGNAL FRON REAR DRIVERS SIDE SENSOR have replaced sensor twice to no avail. Husband has checked for power which he says is ok. Can anyone point me in another direction. The rear hub is toothed but replacement parts are not - although existing toothed sensor ring has been cleaned and appears fault free. When rear hub removed half of the bearings remain on car - is this right? Also where can I get a hub with toothed ring on. Sorry for all questions but MOT due end Aug. Afraid to take to Fiat after reading some of the charges for non diagnosis of same problem. Thanks for any help you can offer
