The sink only drains into the tank; no seperate take off. The drain tap is normally just under the body - so making it easy to get to. Try looking under the rear of the van & under the sides; your looking for a black (this is the normal colour) tank with drain tap - which will be visable from side/rear. On some coach builts the tank can be in the centre of the chassis, with pipe to outer edge of body. & if your realy up market it could be electrically operated.
On mine, waste water tank is at the back of the van with a drain tap extending just below the rear doors. Fridge on mine runs into a 240V socket in one of teh cupboards. If it's similar, could be a simple as a blown fuse (or even not switched-on).
