PROBLEMS WITH MY NRG'S PERFORMANCE. PLEASE HELP!

DOPPLER SPORTS FILTER JET SIZE 64 THE OIRIGINAL JET SIZE WAS A 53 I THINK. THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN THE FILTER IS FITTED, THE PED WIL GET TO 20MPH AND CUT OUT UNLESS I STOP REVVING IT. I HAVE A ZX EXHAUST PIPE FITTED TOO. ALSO I HAVE A FLAT SPOT (WELL THATS I WAS TOLD ANYWAY). WEN U PULL THE THROTTLE IT HAS NO ACCELERATION, SUDDENLY IT PULLS AWAY QUIK AND THEN IT SLOWS DOWN AND STAYS LIKE IT. PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS BUZINBOY
