cascade mk 1 wont work

hi im still converting my bus into a camper and all going well , electrics are in and working but ive hit a snag, ive fitted my carver cascade mk 1 and connected all water pipes and gas and electrics but it still doesnt work, the single green light doesnt come on even though thers power going to control panel, ive ran water untill it stops sputtering and checked gas isnt leaking etc , am i missing anything obvious like a reset switch, any help would be very greatfull, thanks rob
