Hi - can anyone help me with this ( I am at the pulling my hair out stage).
Car has 96K on the clock, runs fine after warming up and has good fuel consumption (mid forties).
During the colder months, it starts fine and runs for 30 seconds to a minute before cutting out if not accelerating and clutch is depressed e.g. changing down a gear.
The engine restarts everytime and is then fine for the rest of the day.
No warning lights etc and the car has been on the local Pug dealers computer which found no fault. This was last winter and I 'lived' with it until the summer months when the fault went away. Now the weather is turning, the fault has re-appeared.
Anyone any ideas ?
Many Thanks
Ian
