didn't recieve red master key

first thing ring up the previous owner, and ask. The red key was probably put somewhere safe when they bought it and they have probably totaly forgotten about it and it is probably in a cupboard. If you only got the one key and cannot get the red one at least get the one you have coppied so you have a spare if nothing else. Al
