hi ive got a x reg xsara picasso and since we have had some cold weather the belt keeps making a whistleing noise when im driving ive been to my local garage and they said it was fine can anyone help and let me know if i should have it checked again thanks

It's a normal serpentine belt problem. Squirt some baby powder on it. (seriously)
