Citroen Berlingo, trouble starting.

Hi
Can anyone advise me on the following.

I have a Citroen Berlingo 1900 deisel.
I am having trouble with it starting in the cold weather.
Although the heater plug dash board light go'es out as normal, could the heater plugs still need replacing.

yes they need to be checked individualy the light going out does not mean the plugs are ok if any are faulty i would replace them all, if not the rest will follow suit shortly after

many thanks for the advice, I shall replace all heater plugs to see if it sorts out the problem.
