I have been reading about Jade Goody's life and I know she is ill and in a lot of pain, but I really don't understand why she has to go through with this wedding publicity just to get money for her children. From what I have read she is already worth millions. Why didn't she just have a quiet wedding with her family around her. In some interviews she said she wants to spare her children from knowing what is to happen to her, but surely they will realise now with all this wedding frenzy. My heart goes out to her and I know people don't like her, but I prefer not to judge as I don't know her, but I do wish she would spend the time she has left quietly with her family. Although having said that, maybe it is not her decision, but the publicist who represents her cashing in.

Too true Scosha, no amount of money can make up for poor health, it can help pay for better treatment, which sadly in this case is no help. I do hope once the wedding is over the media will leave Jade and her family alone to cope with this out of the public eye.

I reckon Jade was carried along in the publicity by Max Clifford, but if it helps take her mind off what she has to face then okay. At least with the deal with the magazine she didn't have to suffer the papparazzi milling around and I sincerely hope she got through the day without too much suffering. My cousin was terminally ill and she made all kinds of plans for her two young children for after her death, it was heartbreaking but it helped her cope.

I think now Jade has married Jack she will spend her last few weeks with them and not be in the public eye so much as she will also be geting weaker in strength too.Yes she has said some stupid things in the past but at the end of the day she is preparing the lives of her children financially so they don't have the childhood she had.Just a memory - when my grandad died a few years ago my son (then aged 3) said "why are lots of people not crying for my grandad" as it was the same time as when Lady Diana died and it was such an innocent question but it made me think,all people are equal just some have higher bank balance than others - sorry that was a bit off the main topic.

well my heart goes out to anyone with any form of cancer as me and my partner have had a yr long battle with a child with non hodgkins and were still fighting the battle jade shouldve got married then taken the time with her family and kids not sell every story she can jade can afford to pay for her kids education and a good life but imagine all these women who are in the same situation who carnt do this and dont know whats going to happen to there children after theyve gone and as for jack tweedy why the hell should he get special treatment there will be many a man sat in a prison with a terminally ill wife mother or child who cannot and will not be allowed out never mind taking the tag off i understand and aknowladge the fact that he should be allowed to be at jades side when the time comes but as for all the things like taken the tag off for his wedding well its not right sorry for the rant but as ive said ive sat many times in a cancer ward with children so u8nderstand deeply

i think its a case of her not being able to let go of this "celeb status" she has..
i find it all sickening, then again ive never had much time for her.

The fact that she has cancer is tragic and i feel sorry for her kids, but i commend her for making as much money as she can for her kids to have a better life than she did before she dies.Lets hope that her thug of a husband and her lesbian druggy mother dont get near the kids or the money after she had passed away.
There are plenty of other "celebs" out there that are famous yet have no talent at all and they take every chance they can to earn money sow why shouldnt she. She is after all pretty harmless person, and a mother who is having to cope with the reality that she is going to die soon.

hi all, i don't think jade is a racist or a bully, yes she said something very stupid have'nt we all? have'nt we all done something that would make us look a bully? i don't blame her for cashing in on her dieing, shes took a lot of crap as well as good, and if she wants to bank money to see her boys bobby and freddy ok in later years then happy days let her crack on, if it was me then i would do the same for my kids.she got married to jack tweed to fulfill some of her dreams, been there done that have any of you seen a cancer victim dieing? its horrible and i don't care where your from and what color you are NO one should have to go out like that, her keeping in the public eye during her short time thats left has put awareness out there, in the first week of her being told smear tests appiontments rose by 30,000 women went in and if just one person finds they have this killer infection and can be cured then she has'st lived in vain because of the awareness she has got out there my own sister has found out she as a mass on her ovary (shes only 22 years old) which she would'nt have thought about till jade popped up on the tele, so please chick let her be she has'nt got long left...........

Totally agree with thread before me - let the girl die with a bit of dignity and we should be grateful that she has made so many young girls and women aware of the dangers that lie in cervical cancer and that so many are asking to get checked.She is a lovely girl and as stated before we have all done something which would make others comment on and make us look like we should have thought before doing it.As for getting as much money as possible for her 2 young sons - she is preparing for their future which she is not going to be around for and she is in a position to be able to do so , I say hats off to her as I have also saw a close family die of cancer and it is horrible,Jade is at the stage of loosing her sight which means she won't have much time left now -so maybe we should be grateful that we do have our lives to live and let her have her last days/weeks to share with her family without being nasty to her.

I watched her wedding last night....god i was in tears...how sad..yeah i know it happens to non celeb people but i was so so in tears..
You so feel sorry for them little guys dont you..=(I was never ever a fan of hers but i dont hate her... i love her perfume

Jade isnt a racist or bully. She is a victim of her circumstances. She is very uneducated and very dim. She did say and do some very stupid things but in her defence I truely believe that they werent meant in a racist way. I believe that she was just too uneducated to realise that what she was saying was inappropriate.
We cant all have the benefit of a good upbringing and a good education.
Lets be honest look at the situation she was bought up in. She rarely went to school because she was her druggy mothers carer.
Even shilpa shetty didnt take it personally so why should we??
I hope her gorgeous boys have the benefits that she never had being bought up by their dad. (not that lunatic of a step dad!!)
Jeff brazier is right that he is a bad influence on them. He needs anger management.

jeff wil make sure jack as nothing to do with his sons and good on him jack will be bk in prison in a short time and is not a sutable step parent like i said jeff will make sure them boys are out of the lime light quick as so they can go through the greiving process without all the cameras around them

ouch now you have hit me where it hurts ...i have a wonderful LESBAIN FRIEND that is a WONDERFUL MOTHER please please don't judge people by your small minded thoughts ..but i do agree with the rest of the thread ..i lost my mother to cancer when i was 18 and my brother was 16 .no father to turn to and it still hurts now and I'm 45 ,i still cry on mothers day ..when you lose your mother you lose your best friend :(
