Be very careful buying second ahnd from haven they are out to get as much for themselves and not much for you as a private buyer. I know many people who would not touch Haven if given a second chance.

Good Morning All
I placed an add on the site regarding info of sites in the vendee and loire France we was looking in particular for somewhere to spend more time and longer to fish mabe on a residential site

Hi we have a new site opening in may.
in Le Mans 2000 Pounds per year plot rent , place your own van 150 sm plot or more if you wish.
There are 10 plots left and going fast
You can sub let .
Haven is bad news.
We do not cram vans together and respect the needs of our clients. We also provide a cleaning service if you wish to sub let.

HI SHERY, I HAVE 2 STATIC MOBILE HOMES ON THE VENDEE, I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN MOVING ONE TO YOUR SITE. COULD YOU GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR SITE EG: WHAT FACILITIES WILL BE ON IT.

NOW I DON'T KNOW IF YOU WOULD KNOW THIS, BUT CAN YOU TELL ME OR FIND OUT FOR ME, HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO MOVE A MOBILE TO YOUR SITE.

OBVIOUSLY THE TRANSPORT COST WOULD BE IMPORTANT.

I am selling our 37x12 feet mobile home, we have been living in it while we renovated our property in the Charente.
3 bedrooms...1 double, 2 twin.
Lounge/ Dining room with free standing furniture included...2 settees, 1 makes into a sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs.
Good size square kitchen, with oven and hob, fridge and microwave incuded.
2 bathrooms, with bath/shower.
Lots of cupboards,2 entrance doors, unusually large accomodation, perfect for a temporary/holiday home.Price 8500

I'm just back from St.James Parc nr Gassin. Is your mobile already sited and if so, which site. Also, if you sell privately can it still stay there?

near Le Mans with a carp fishing lake run by English 2mins away with all year round fishing if you would like more info let me know
