can someone please tell me the difference between a 1.7 di engine and a 1.7 dti engine??? I have a 2001 1.7 di corsa, the oil pump has seized and the engine is rattling its head off......does any other engine fit this??? Combi e.t.c??

hi linda a di is a diesel engine and a dti is a turbo diesel engine,your best bet would be to check part numbers or phone local vauxhall dealer

aparently there both turbo engines.....one has a low compression turbo and the other a high one, i knew that but i mean as in fitting the engine, what difference there would be?
