pug 306 1.9dt cutting out

i have a 96 306 1.dt that keeps cutting out due to the fuel primer sucking itself flat, i have changed it but still does the same
any ides?

Only thing I can think of is theres a problem with the return fuel pipe to the tank or the diesel cap itself. Try running the engine without the fuel cap and se if that fixes the problem.
