I can connect to the above mail services and list my mail items,
but am unable to open any files at all. This applies to incoming, drafts, sent etc.
Can anyone help.

Pentium 4, Broadband.

reset your internet setting to defauilt cos your setting have been changed also could be your firewall somethings get blocked for your so called safty
