Ford Focus diesel 1.8 year 2006.
When engine revs reach approx 2000 I get strange issing ( air ) noise from engine compartment plus loss of power.
Could this be turbo problem?
Any answeres greatfull before I spend lots of money at the dealers.

sounds like a turbo hose has come away or spit,

Thanks Big Tony I will get my wife to have a look at the turbo pipes at the weekend.

check the four intercooler hoses there will be a fair amount of oil spray if ones blown
