16 inch alloy wheels

looking for advice as to whether 2 wheels with tyres 195/55R16
can be used( on different axle) with 2 wheels with tyres 205/55R16
without any handling.legal problem ?

NO the same size tyres must be used on the same axle, would be advisable to use the wider ones on the rear.have known people get points on licence and fine.its an MOT failure
