03 mondeo radio help

my radio only has on off and radio 2 + volume cannot change stations a disc would not eject but one morning it did eject and radio had all functions but coming home it went again but no disc inserted at this time, column controls not working either, any suggestions please.

sounds like the unit is duff time to go to ebay i guess if you want the columb controls to work make sure the one you get is compatable
