How can I suss out the BHP of my Xantia 2.0 LX HDi? Many thanks.

Well normally there was 2 differnt HDI engines, one at 90bhp and the other at 110 bhp depending on the engine.
I think the engines were "DW10ATD" (90BHP) OR "DW10ATED" (110BHP)
I've assumed your car is somewhere between 98 and 01 model years.

90bhp will have rhy in the vin and 110bhp will have rhz.
