hi my citroen xsara hdi 2002 won't start and when i turn the key the hazard lights come on can anyone help

few things to try,remove then refit shunt fuse (in BSI fuse box by your right knee green fuse with SH on it)if that doesnt work do what is called a power latch and then put ignition on remove live lead from battery and touch to earth (use a length of wire if needed BUT MAKE SURE IT IS DISCONNECTED FROM LIVE TERMINAL) turn off ignition and reconnect battery turn on ignition and leave on for 2 mins try to start

these procedures power all ecu's down resetting them if you will and can cure a multitude of problems.
but i can not stress enough make sure you disconnect the live lead from the battery.
