Hi
I am having problems starting the van from cold, the battery is very strong but it will not fire unless I squirt some starting spray down the intake. It then starts ok. When its warm it will start o.k. The van has done 88,000 miles. Any ideas before I start throwing money at it.

have you checked all the glow plugs are working correctly that would be my first call

Found the problem with the starting, it was the glow plugs, I changed all 4 and it now starts at the first touch.
