ive not long found out im pregnant:) just wondering wots the best pram to get as its been a few years since my last one and there so differant now dont know witch ones the best any idears?

It all depends on your lifestyle. If you do lots of walking then make sure you get one with sturdy wheels, friends bought a mamas and papas with those plastic wheels. As they don't have a car the pram is used a lot and after three months the wheels were so badly worn they bought a new pram with rubber wheels. It is best for new babies to be able to lie flat and with a suitable pram you can let them have their daytime naps in it, outside in the garden on nice days, with a cat net over the pram. I notice Silver Cross now do a pram where baby lies flat but the backrest can be adjusted for when baby is sitting up. (I saw this in Mothercare). You may also need a buggy for the car or bus, but they can't be used for new babies unless you get one where they can lie flat. Shop around and also look for reviews on the internet. Personally I would go for a pram that converts to a pushchair later, in a fabric that is not in the latest pattern then it will not be out of fashion if you want to use the pram for later babies. i would have to say the mutsy urban rider, very stylish yet practical i have lost count the number of times people stopped me to ask where i got it from especially with the fun seat, i used the traveller car seat on the chassis at first it has 3 recline positions then when baby was a bit older the seat unit the when he started to walk i used the fun seat, they are very expensive to buy but last mine still in very good condition and im very sad as i have to sell it now as we need a big double as i have 2 very big boys so if you are interested let me know i have pictures and at a good price
