Hi, I lost quite a few stone with a Paul McKenna book. Some of the stuff in there does make sense and I found it worked, well for me anyway.

The other thing that has bothered me for a while is what do they put in our food and what do they feed the animals on??

Farmers spray the fields to fatten the cows up. We eat that meat so whats it doing to us??
This does raise questions for me.

Hope this helps you
Blessings

Treadmill helps but try power walking, then you can take on actual hills and all kinds of suerfaces and in that sence it helps your leg and stomach muscles, never tried pills and never want to, strict diet plenty of water and exersize and I also find cycling helps.

Hi, twenty mins digging is equal to doing two hours in the gym. I'm a big believer in plenty of exercise and eating what I like to eat, only I just take my time on my meal and usually its stone cold by the time Ive finished.
This advise is in the Paul Mckenna books and eating slowly does work because you cant finish a meal.
Good luck everyone and keep it up....

Well what works for me is that, try and eat more veg than anything else, its helpful to mix it up a bit with say like meat or even pasta.

So if your doing spaghetti bolognese, add peppers with it or even mushrooms, it also helps buying mince that isn't fatty.

If your doing say pork chops, do the chops and add apple source with cheese on top, with potatoe wedges and stir fry some veg like tomatoes, peppers and fry off some onions.

Here is a web site for some ideas http://www.foodnetwork.com/healthy-eating/index.html

Try exersize when and where possible and drink more water which also aids in waight loss because it certainly works for me.
