Hi all,

i have not long purchased my car and everything was working the car needed some TLC, but today afetr the school run the temp guage is not working, i have checked the water level which is fine not dropped any water the inside heater is working great and the engine is running great as well.

i called my local dealer who told me to replace the temp gauge at a cost of £150 pound due to the housing havng to be replaced, but some times the gauge works and gets just past the black mark but then stops works could it be sometinh very simple to fix.

cheers

Try Allparts, they got everything and its cheaper than any main dealer.
Your saying a temperature sensor costs 150quid? or do you mean, fords will fit it for you aswell, so parts and labour 150?
