anyone know if there is a reset button on the heater motor?
left in heat today., no fan.
refrigerant circulating, as can feel cold pipes.how hard is it to fit new fan motor,
is it under dash or bonnet?

hi all sussed the fault, control module.
took out the control module, wired red to red and black to black. switched on, fan running at 100%.
checked the mod, no signs of dry joint etc., replaced, no fan again.
must be an electronic fault, will order new mod tomorrow.

hi mate, before you buy anything check with you local citroen garage, there was an info flash about heater control modules which affected c56 & c3, there is a small control module on eaither sde of the heater box which can fail and cause variouse problems , poss part number is 6450zx, it might be worth checking out before you do anything, dealer should be able to advise, good luck.

thanks for that will do.
i got the fan working by bypassing module, so thats ok.will check again.
do you know which model the flash was for?
mine is a2004 mod vtr hdi.

hi all, prob sorted.
it was the fan controller.
got one from a local scrappy. off a pug 406, climate control model, same fittings.
