Beeping Noise from stereo

I took the fuse for my xantia stereo out in error and blocked the code, i put it in wrong three times and got the - - - - , i then pressed the bnd button in and turned power on , radio now works but get an annoying bleeping sound how do i solve this bleeping noise? Thanks in advance Dan
