Hi PLEASE PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP.

The Electric Flush is not working on the it is a C2/C2R my husband can see a connector hanging down but cannot find where it connects to would anyone know how to fix this as we have no idea on toilets for caravans, or would anyone know where we could get help. cannot use it at the moment, or an electrical diagram showing us how to connect the connector it what pumps the water through.
Any help would certainly be appreciated.

hi, i had this problem before on my hobby , if you pull the casette out from outside and look under the toilet housing you should see a spade type fuse! check this first, if its blown change it, if not put everything back and go back into the toilet, remove the toilet roll holder it should lift out, try draining water away by unclipping hose from outside and emptying into bucket. now look inside tank and you should see the water pump, a single screw fixes this down, remove screw and lift out pump, underneath you should see a a small slot on centre of pump, using a small flat screwdriver turn this clockwise to loosen, now try pushing flush it should work, if not you probably need a new pump. hope this helps. cheers nick.

Hi thanks for message, we have only just bought the second hand caravan, and did not realise there was anything wrong with the toilet, we have had to buy a complete new mechanisc where the fuse goes as that had broke off,and the fuse would not stop in. we have fitted that we filled the toilet up as there was someone who said that there must be some much water to check the pump,
we have had the pump out but nothing is happening so it looks like we need a new pump as well unforunately we are not very good at replacing things like pumps, would u know if this is an easy job,it has so far cost 49.00 for the mechanism underneath, we dont think the pump has been used for a long time we are going to check the electrics to make sure that the electrics are getting through to the underneath part.we have no idea on caravans as this is the first one we have bought.
to call someone out would cost us a lot of money.
thanks for your help.
