Is there anything that can be adjusted to improve the CO emmisons?

Fitted new plugs and lamda sensor, need to check air filter,

Any other suggestions?

saxo's can be a pain to get through an emmisons test and the main reason most of them fail is because the tester does not try hard enough. remove the air filter altogether for the test and get the car stinking hot before test by lashing it up and down a dual carrage way. book the car in for test while you wait so its still red hot when they test it. changing the oil will not make the emmissions cleaner but a new set of plugs may help.

it was a faulty Cat - only been on about 9 months although they said there was a temp sender at fault - I think they just used that as a method of covering their costs.
