I am new to preloved I have inadvertantly misspelt my email address. However after attempting to correct it, the computer states it aleady has an account with the same email. I am not quite sure how to address this problem. Can anyone help?

Hello. Unless someone on Preloved has really got the same email address as you, it sounds as if you have actually given your correct email at sometime. So the account with the same email as yours that it is referring to, is yours! If you really believe something is wrong, go to:http://www.preloved.co.uk/fuseaction-cont......t/2e4fb1e5.html and select General.

or better still put in your email and as for a password reminder(right hand side of sign in page) to be emailed to you then you can sign into your account.

In what context,did you misspell your email adds,if your are trying to set up an account,you cannot enter same details twice.
Have you checked settings on your email account,see what name you have. You might have to set up a new account,could try phoning ISP,see what name they have registered for you and if you need to register a new name.
