cold air from two vents / warm air from the other two!

I've come across a very strange problem, to me at least! I've topped up the refrigerant in my Focus 05 AC. The system works but cold air only comes from two vents (the passenger side) but not the ones on the driver side!! Any idea or advice? Thanks alot.
