ford modeo 2.0 zetec misfires between 10000 and 2500 rpms fitted new fuel filter, coil pack new leads and spakplugs any good ideas welcome

may be silly but have you check the HT leads have been plugged back in the right order?

I had a similar problem and it was the mass air-flow sensor. You could try dis-connecting the electric plug from it, and then driving the car. If the mis-fire has gone, then you have found the fault.
If it is still the same, just re-connect it, and carry on looking!
