citroen berlingo none starter

i went out to start my 2002 berlingo van clicked the remote and nothing happend ,so i opened the door with key and tried to start it. but all i get is a big red stop sign , abs ,airbag , and petrol warning light on. also if i turn on radio it makes a beep sound ,oh yes and the lights come on ,all this switchs its self off after around a minute . I have checked all fuses and charged battery ,battery is new anyway. I also changed the battery in the key remote . any ideas Nick
