Hi Beth it is not a sticker,it is paint !! yes I know it does look like it is a sticker. What has happened to yours ? I presume that the paint has faded as it has a bit on mine on the bonnet.
If you polish it, it still looks faded so try some good spray furniture polish you will be amazed at the difference.
It looks like you also have a Harmony and the gold & red stripes are stickers & can easily be replaced but the thick blue line has to be painted.
Keep us informed.

I have a '88 Talbot Express Merlin camper and its coachwork 'decoration' is really shabby. I will wash and rub down to take off the old peeling transfers (I'm sure it's not paint) and try and replace it with something else. The 'transfer' is fine on the metal parts of the vehicle, it's just the plastic sides of the accommodation area which look bad.

It would be nice to know if the original transfer designs for Merlin campers are still available but I suspect not. What do people do instead? I have thought about visiting my local boat chandler as they probably have long lengths of transfers which can take punishment. Alternatively somewhere like Halfords might turn up trumps?

Hi again Beth
Your camper is an Autsleeper not autohomes and it is paint I assure you.the gold stripes will come off if you jet wash it too close as these are stickers, you can get these off ebay or any good motor factors. If you ring Autosleeper they will confirm it is paint and is not as thick as the original paint on the body,so that if it is polished it will start to fade quickly.

Hi Beth
If you are still looking for stripes then try your local vehicle lettering company. They can provide you with your stripes whatever size, colour
or shape you want and fit them (or paint them) at a fraction of the cost. We have one local to us who are helping us with ours just now.
Hope this is helpful
Cheers
Ann
