Syergie drainage holes

Syergie drainage holes

I have water leaking out of a drainage hole at the bottom of my engine, someone told me that I have a blockage in the drainage pipe, can someone tell me how to unblock these pipes as i think I have a build up of water in these pipes. the inside of my car is wet after heavy rain. any ideas ?
