hi im thinking of swapping my rover 75 for a nissan mistral does antone know of any major problem these nissan mistral might have ie head gaskets etc thanks its a 94/95 model 2.7 deisel auto thanks

See other discussion on Terrano. They are pretty much the same. Some good some bad.. I have a Terrano and if you look at my review it was pretty bad for 3 years. I have two friends with Terranos and theirs have been fine. One had a failed ABS fixed under Warranty, my ABS light has come on twice in the last year. The other friend had the noisy diff issue and a failed torsion bar. The engines seems fine. Crude noisy thirsty but reliable. If you want to drive a Van with seat in then go ahead but make sure you don't pay too much I was offer 6000 for a three year old car (didn't sell) and one friend did sell theirs after 4 years and got £4500. So an old one should be no more than the price of a bag of chips.
