I have just rebuilt an engine on this scooter putting in new piston and rings and replaced all 4 gaskets.I have put it all back together and it does start but it is flooding itself and when i rev the bike it shoots petrol out of the little hole on the back of the carb, i have even bought a new carb and it does the same. Now i think it is the fuel regulater which feeds the petrol to the carb, am i correct and can anyone help.
