How to make a peugeot speedfight go 60mph plus?

I have some small knowloadge of mopeds, and know a few ways to do it, but i want to get as many options as possible to get my Peugeot Speedfight 2 AC, and things such as a 70's bore kit and 70cc engine are out of the question. So, i basically need ideas to get around 60-65 mph :)
