I have a 97 mondeo. it has developed a bonging noise at the back especially when going over speed ramps. all is secure in the boot and have had exhaust checked out. shocks ok, mot only 4 weeks ago. can anyone help.

my imediate thought is the spare wheel and tools secure ?

turned out to be rear anti roll bar linkage.
