Constant msg alerts HELP

Constant msg alerts HELP

My bf phone is on pay as you go and buys bolt on's so when the money has run out he can still have free msg's, calls etc. However when the money runs out (not the bolt ons) he gets constant msg alert saying call time empty. They sometimes comes through 30 a minute and u cannot use the phone untill u click the ok button for everyone so in the morning there are hundreds and u have to click the button hundreds of times! Also he has to have it on silent or the beeping goes on ALL day and Night! How can we stop it? Its not from a number and doesn't even say its from O2? Help!

Best thing to do is contact o2 or keep the phone top'd up

give O2 a call and complain to them...my daughter had the same problem and she ended up with £20 in credit as an apology
