Horse Riding and Camping!

I'm partially disabled Horse/mule rider living in Southern Spain. I want to find an easy to carry(on the horse)(small lite) and set up and pull down tent. Generally I will be sleeping on hard ground (no grass)! I know nothing of modern tents, but the spring hoop type might be a problem for me as I have one short arm? Stiil I'm willing to give it a go. Anyone wanting to try a riding camping trip with me can fly into Malaga or Granada airport! Also is it a good idea to buy tents on line? And are their good brand names to look for or issues to avoid? Thanks. Albert.
