horn not working

hi i have a 1999 fiat punto and it failed the mot due to horn not working. i have checked the fuse and its ok, checked the wiring on the steering wheel and that also is fine, but went to check the horns themselves i could not find them anywhere. any ideas?

hi, the horn is under the passenger wing..you have to jack the car up and take the splash guard out and you will see the horn it is bolted onto the side of the chassias just below the headlight...cheers ..moz.
