Question about NIP forms
Messages 1 to 2 of 2.
This question is not a mechanical one but I thought someone on here may be able to answer it all the same. The question concerns NIP forms (Notice of Intended Prosecution forms) and specifically what would happen if a motorist got caught on either a speed camera or traffic light camera and the NIP form got delayed (e.g. because of a postal strike) or even lost in the post. I am going to assume that the likelihood of the NIP getting lost altogether in the post is so small that I do not need to worry. However if there was a postal strike, do you know how long something in the post might get delayed by before it reaches its destination (what timescale days or weeks) ? Thanks alot
