xantia rough ride

hi all ,since unhooking a trailer tent (first time) the suspension dropped? now ride is even worse than before (never been good) i feel every bump and pebble plus loads of clunking noises ,spheres ,or could it be running in hard mode ? any ideas please,ta.

there are three possible reasons for this

1) the self leveling mechanism has stuck in the low position

2) the spheres need changing

3) there is a short white nylon link that comes off the leveling mechanism sometimes
