Hi mate, Im new to this too, I would like to race (try to race) RC Nitro cars... my friend and I have cars and are trying to meet more people to come and have a play with us...
not sure if you have Nitro, Petrol or Electric but their are lots of clubs out there that race electric and they have proper little mini tracks to race on, however Nitro cars are not so popular with these clubs as they leave oil on the track so I am unsure if they would allow you to use them.... anyway let me know what car you have

Baja? is that a buggy (off road) I think its 1/8scale, I'm trying to get an off road nitro truck or buggy/trudgy but I only want the chasis as I already have spare engines and radio gear. Mine are both on road thunder tiger TS4N's 1/10 scale touring cars (there is a few on preloved at the moment). I have not managed to get them running perfect yet, but Im working on it. I have some good parts on them including a K&N air filter and Picco race exhaust with twin speed running gears on one, the other is single speed with Schumacher performance air filter and tuned pipe.

where are you from and how far from Peterborough. you said that you have a track near you, what is it called and where is that? If you get an off roader that will take a bit of abuse then you should definitly bring it to the BMX track in Orton Goldhay peterborough. its a proper BMX track for comps and would be crazy to put an off road truck over the big jumps....
